Beyonce's favorite hue is still 'Jay Z Blue'

If you believe the rumors floating around, Beyonce is so close to getting a divorce from husband Jay Z that she's buying her own apartment in New York City.

But her Instagram account - a.k.a., the singer's favorite place to post cryptic and occasionally direct responses - seems to tell a different story.
Over the weekend, the New York Post's Page Six claimed that Beyonce's marriage to Jay Z is "crumbling," and the end of the couple's current "On the Run" tour will spell the end of their time as husband and wife.
By Tuesday, the speculation was kicked up a notch to include gossip that Beyonce's secretly house-hunting in NYC for a single lady abode.
The Queen, meanwhile, simply posted this photo to Instagram:
And then reminded everyone that her "favorite hue is Jay Z Blue," a nod to both her husband and their daughter, toddler Blue Ivy, as well as her evident recall of Hov's lyrics.

Davido Says He’s Working On A Track With Drake, To Be Produced By Don Jazzy

Hmm, this is another way of Davido showing Wizkid that he can do better than him in every way; and it seems to be looking that way for now. Wizkid says he’s dropping a track on which he featured Tyga (American rapper), now Davido claims he’s working on a track with Drake. After sweeping ‘Artist of the year’ on the continental level at four different awards, he doesn’t seem to plan to relinquish that position anytime soon as he revealed his plans to collaborate with more international acts soon. He also released that he is already in talks with Drake and he intends for Don Jazzy to handle the production of the song. Davido revealed to Encomium Magazine in a recent interview saying; “I might not call it ‘dream collaboration’ but by His grace, it’ll work, and already, I am talking with Drake and Don Jazzy. We would work on something very unique.My collaboration with other artistes is not a ploy to be popular, after all, I am not going to take the glory alone. Apart from the artistes you collaborated with, you never know what song can make you big as well. It doesn’t matter if you feature a big or up-and-coming artiste. That’s the main reason I am doing this.”

Wande Coal’s ‘Baby Hello’ Ft Yemi Alade

 Wande Coal the Black Diamond has been on a silent period for a while now but he has apparently woken up.

The singer who formed his own record label a while back has shared photos from the video shoot of  “Baby Hello”featuring Yemi Alade.

The video was directed by Sesan Ogunro of Film Factory on location within Lagos Nigeria.

Yemi Alade starred as Wande’s love interest in the video which is set to be released soon.

D’banj seems to be everywhere around the globe at the same time.

The well respected ‘ONE Campaign’ ambassador — D’Banj, tagged with other African artistes who featured in the song “Cocoa Na Chocolate” to help raise awareness about agriculture in Africa, took shots in front of the White House.

Beyoncé getting tips from close pal Gwyneth Paltrow on how to 'consciously uncouple'

For all those who haven’t got the memo…Beyonce and Jay Z are publicly calling quits on their six-year marriage any day now.
Sadly for us, TheFIX’s well-placed source has revealed that it look likes the former couple are going down the "consciously uncoupling" route, aka doing a Gwynie.
Our source has exclusively explained how Bey, 32, has been getting advice from her bestie Gwyneth Paltrow about ending the relationship "the right way".
Back in March, Gwyneth, 41, and husband of ten-years Chris Martin released a statement saying they were "consciously uncoupling"…rather than splitting up.
And now our source says: "Beyoncé is taking a cue from Gwyneth and telling friends that when their On the Run tour is over, she and Jay will consciously uncouple in the same friendly way that Gwyn and Chris have.
"Beyonce is hunting for a new apartment, blocks away from where the Tribeca apartment Jay will stay in, so they can share co-parenting duties. They want to stay friends and on good terms. In fact, Beyonce even wants to stay married, just separated."
Over the last month, their 'On The Run' tour has been dogged with break-up rumours, with the pair reportedly staying in separate hotels.
Page Six yesterday reported that four lawyers are currently on tour with them, trying to work out exactly how to approach their break-up.
But TheFIX can reveal there’s currently "no animosity" between hip hop power couple…but the delay in a public statement is the result of working out the final details.
"The truth is, there is way too much money at stake for them to go through a high-profile, nasty divorce," says our source. "Their fans want them together. So she is slowly re-building a life that is together but separate."

Vector Writes Apology Letter To Former Label, YSG Entertainment and Fans

Nigerian rapper, Vector has manned up and is admitting he’s wrong in the case between himself and his former record label.

His upcoming project, #A7 billed to drop this month, the rapper has resolved the widely-publicized feud between him and his former record label, YSG Entertainment.

Dear Fans and Media Reps, Apology Letter to YSG Entertainment Limited.

I hope this meets you all well.

It is no secret that the last 12 months have been the most turbulent of my music career. With regards to the lingering issues about which I have been mute, I, Olanrewaju Ogunmefun popularly known to you as Vector Tha Viper, wish to state the following;

1. YSG Entertainment Ltd without any doubt, gave me the platform to show case my talent to the world.

2. it’s true we had misunderstandings on issues concerning my engagement with them.

3. There’s an existing Federal High Court injunction preventing me from doing what I love to do and this serves me and my fans no good. However, we have entered into a settlement to have the injunction lifted.

4. That by reason of irreconcilable differences, my Record Contract Agreement withYSG Entertainment Ltd has been aborted. That being said, in the spirit of good faith and a show of unreserved commitment to settle these issues amicably out of court, I have sought and obtained permission from the label to pay off the discounted recoupable expenses as contained in the Terms of Settlement in this regards.

I would also like to apologize to the management of YSG Entertainment Ltd for any embarrassment occasioned by my conduct and whatever damage it may have suffered as a result of the slander and libel as portrayed by the media in this regard. These issues were exaggerated by the media as I hold YSG Entertainment Ltd in high esteem. I also appreciate the leniency afforded me by discounting the recoupable expenses for me.

I wish the company well in all their endeavors.

Yvonne Nelson Talks On Tattoos, Piercings, Bikinis and Bleaching Reports

Superstar Ghollywood star and model — Yvonne Nelson, has opened up to us about her perspective on certain controversial topics.

The Ghanaian actress is one of the entertainment industry’s leading style stars and has a fashion boutique.

In an interview with Punch, she discusses her style (of course), starting out as an actress, shopping and bleaching.

Read excerpts below: -

On tattoos and piercings: “I don’t even like wearing earrings. I haven’t worn any earrings for about five years. I can wear them in a movie but I’m not a fan. I don’t think it adds any extra beauty to a girl. I just don’t like it, it makes me feel uncomfortable and as if I’m overdressed. It makes my face look busy and I don’t like it. I like jewellery; I love wrist watches and rings too. I do not have any tattoo mainly because of the pain. I believe I have a beautiful skin, imagine how I always brag about my legs and I put a tattoo on it, why would I do that? I would not mind getting a tattoo, writing my mother’s first name somewhere on my body but it is just not my style. It is not something I think about. I see it on people and some of them are really nice because it is artistic.”

On her bikini photos: “I have not heard of anybody who would go to the beach wearing jeans and a jacket. I love going to the beach and anytime I go there, I love wearing a bikini to swim. Recently, my friend had an event and the after party was at a club. In the club, I was telling my friends that I don’t know how people do it, coming to club to have fun. To start with, you cannot make a conversation with someone because you are screaming on top of your voice. I was there drinking water, I don’t smoke and everybody was looking at me as if I was a boring person. In essence, the night life is not for me because it does not make me happy. I don’t think you have to go to club to have a nice time. I believe having a nice time depends on the quality of people around you.”

On bleaching reports: “I can’t blame anyone, ignorance sets in because people don’t get to see us one on one so they rely on what we put out for them to see. For example, anytime I post a picture online, I edit it and it tends to make me look lighter. On my Instagram account, there are pictures where I am quite dark; they are for magazine covers and I don’t do anything to them, but anytime I am posting a picture, I always use filter on Instagram and they make me look lighter. In my new movie, I look very dark and that is my real complexion. I have come to realise that people love stories like that. I guess I am the cause of the rumours but I would still keep editing my pictures before putting them online.”

There Is Nothing Wrong With Being A Second Wife – Nkiru Sylvanus

Beautiful Nollywood actress Nkiru Sylvanus in a recent interview denied the ongoing rumours that she got married recently.

The popular actress was said to have married a rich politician and is now a second wife for the so called politician.

In an interview with Punch, she said:  “I had an interview on the television where I was asked if I could be a second wife for any reason and I said yes. You can never say never because anything is possible, life is full of surprises.

Being a second wife is not a crime, it is not something you do and get condemned for life. If you find the right person and he is married and willing to take you into his home and you are willing to accept the challenges, then why not give it a chance.

So if I find myself in that situation where I find a man that I love, appreciate and want to spend the rest of my life with and he is married, I would follow my happiness.

I am just saying that we should not discriminate against women who are second wives because you cannot tell another person’s story better than the person. As you can see, I am still single; I am not yet married.”

I guess this is one of those award ceremonies that Davido cannot win, but don’t be surprised as he would probably be invited to perform at the gala night.
