Gabrielle Union Throws Major Shade: “Who’s Stacey Dash?”

Veteran American actress, Gabrielle Union has slammed Stacey Dash by publicly denouncing her existence in Hollywood, Black community or anywhere else.

At the Sundance Film Festival premiere of ‘The Birth of a Nation’ on Monday, January 25, Gabrielle Union was asked to give her opinion about Stacey Dash’s controversial comments about the existence of Black History Month and BET Awards on an episode of ‘Fox & Friends’ last week.

“Who’s that? Who’s Stacey Dash? Is she like related to Dame Dash? Was she on Rocka Fella?” She first said, before adding, “I did hear about a crazy lady once, maybe last week but I don’t know what her name is…” However, she went on to say,  “the more that we focus on inclusion and a true representation of this country, I think that crazy lady will have less to say.”

Union’s thoughts are just the latest reaction to Dash’s clueless comments.

(Even her cousin, Damon Dash, had some words about it.) Despite the backlash, the ‘Clueless’ star isn’t backing down.

‘I’m on Fox, because I refuse to back down… I owe it to my son and daughter to at least try to work toward a world where black people can speak out on any matter they want without the fear of incredible backlash… It’s 2016.  Let’s stop taking our marching orders from Democratic slave drivers. They have taken our votes and repaid us by ruining our colleges and large cities. They are responsible for #OscarsSoWhite,” Dash wrote in a blog posted Saturday, January 23

Hollywood Actor, Danny DeVito On Oscars: “Americans Are A Bunch Of Racists”

Veteran Hollywood actor, Danny DeVito has joined several other celebrities reacting to the lack of non-white actors in this year’s Oscar nomination list.

He tells the Association Press that he believes Americans are “a bunch of racists.”

“It’s unfortunate that the entire country is a racist country. This is one example of the fact that even though some people have given great performances in movies they weren’t even thought about,” the 71-year-old actor told the AP at Sundance Film Festival on Saturday, January 23:

“We are living in a country that discriminates and has certain racist tendencies so sometimes it’s manifested in things like this and it’s illuminated,” DeVito continued. “But just generally speaking we’re racists. We are a bunch of racists.”

Other actors who have spoken up about the same issue include, Jada Pinkett Smith who will neither be attending nor watching the movie event, as well as her superstar husband, Will Smith.

Snoop Dogg Slams Oscar Award Nomination; “F**k The Oscars

Apparently, the entire black community in American entertainment are mad that ‘Black’ films and film makers were excluded in this year’s Oscar Awards nomination list.

Snoop Dogg took to his Instagram on January 18 to express his disappointment over the same issue.

In a video post on his page, Snoop laments:

“Someone just asked me if I’m gonna watch the motherf**king Oscars… f**k no. Why am I gonna watch that f**king bullshit for? They ain’t got no n***as nominated . All these great movies and all these great shit you guys keep stealing from us.. f**k you! F**k you!”

His response comes just a day after actress Jada Pinkett Smith and producer Spike Lee announced they will be boycotting the event due to lack of diversity and appreciation for ‘black’ films.

Meanwhile, host Chris Rock tweeted on January 16 calling Oscar awards “The white BET Awards”.

Actress Alyssa Milano, has a different opinion.

On January 6’s ‘The Wendy Williams Show’, Milano, 43, found herself at odds with the show’s host, who insists that br**sts are ‘sacred’ to women.

“I don’t need to see that,” said Wendy, saying if it were her, she would go breastfeed her baby in the car.

Milano pressed Williams on the issue, asking why it was fine to show a picture of Miley Cyrus in a scantily clad outfit but not of a woman nursing.

“I don’t know why I feel this way,” Williams said. “Breastfeeding is only a particular amount of time. The rest of your life, your br**sts are s*xual things.”

“Biologically they [br**sts] are not made for s*xual things, that’s what we’ve done to them,” Milano, mother-of-two countered that br**sts were not s*xual objects.

Milano has been outspoken regarding breastfeeding, particularly the right to do so in public. (Forty-nine states in the U.S. have also passed laws specifically allowing it.)

“I think that breastfeeding moms feel like what they do needs to be hidden, or not feel like they’re getting the appreciation that comes along with being a breastfeeding mom, and it meant something that someone was being vocal. When I post pictures of me breastfeeding Bella, it’s not that I’m trying to be very outspoken about breastfeeding, it’s that it’s a very special moment in my life. What [other people] take from that is a whole other thing. Support from not only breastfeeding moms, but moms everywhere, has been really powerful and really overwhelming,” she previously told People magazine,
