Iggy Azalea sues sex tape ex-boyfriend for releasing early music

Iggy Azalea

This is definitely not Iggy Azalea's week.
Only days after the Aussie rapper's alleged sex tape was leaked by her ex-boyfriend, she's also suing him for illegally releasing music from her early career.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the 24-year-old's ex-BF Maurice Williams (also known as Hefe Wine), downloaded the entire contents of her computer back in 2009.
During their relationship, Iggy signed an artist agreement with a management firm… which her ex is now using to release some of her earlier tracks.
The rapper's lawsuit argues that Maurice had no right to take her music, which is why she's seeking $3.6 million in penalties for violating copyright on songs such as 'It Ain't Tricking'.
While Maurice claims to have a document signed by Iggy giving him exclusive rights to her music, the Aussie star says he forged her signature.
This comes off the back of Maurice's earlier revelation this week, that thieves stole his alleged sex tape with Iggy... and that she gave him permission to sell it.
