Harrison Ford Leaves Hospital After 'Star Wars' Injury

Harrison Ford was spotted leaving a London hospital on Saturday after his successful surgery to repair his broken leg on Thursday.Ford, 71, is reprising his role as Han Solo in the next installment of Star Wars: Episode VII and was rushed to the hospital after his leg was crushed by a door on the Millennium Falcon, the character's iconic spaceship.

Photos surfaced on Monday of the Oscar winner being wheeled out of the hospital in a wheelchair.
"His surgery was successful and he will begin rehab shortly," Ford's rep told ET in a statement on June 19. "He's doing well and looks forward to returning to work."
In addition to Ford, Star Wars originals Carrie Fisher, Mark Hamill, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew, and Kenny Baker are back for the sequel, alongside saga newcomers John Boyega, Daisy Ridley, Adam Driver, Oscar Isaac, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson and Max von Sydow.
Star Wars: Episode VII is being directed by J.J. Abrams from a screenplay by Lawrence Kasdan and Abrams, produced by Kathleen Kennedy, Abrams, and Bryan Burk, with composer John Williams also returning.
