Nick Cannon speaks out on erasing his Mariah tattoo: 'It wasn't supposed to be revealed yet'

It's the tattoo we weren't supposed to see... but sorry, Nick Cannon, next time you might want to leave the house with a shirt on. Rookie mistake!
The America's Got Talent host wasn't too pleased about being photographed with his elaborate new ink, which covers up his old tatt of soon-to-be ex-wife Mariah Carey's name.
Watch his prickly response when asked by Extra's AJ Calloway about the new tattoo. Notice the shifty side-eye… yep, he's totes uncomfortable.
Nick replaced his "Mariah" tatt with a portrait of Jesus on a crucifix, but as he assures us, it's still "six sessions away" from being finished. Whatever it takes to get through a marriage breakdown…

Nick, 33, and Mariah, 44, split in August after six years of marriage, amid cheating rumours linking Nick to models Amber Rose and Jasmine Sanders.
According to E! News, Mariah has started divorce proceedings. The pair's three-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan are currently on tour with Mariah.
Nick responded to reports that Mariah couldn't hit the notes at her first shows in Tokyo.
"I just wish her nothing but the best, we're in contact constantly," he told Extra. "You know you might have an off night here and there, but she's one of the greatest performers and entertainers of all time, she's not worried, we’re not worried, just going to keep pushing.
