Ray J has been charged with sexual battery
and nine other crimes after allegedly going on an alcohol-fuelled
rampage last May, TMZ reports.
According to the site, the 33-year-old singer was at a Beverly Hills bar when he's said to have "got rowdy" and brushed up against a woman's butt before being ordered to leave.
Police told TMZ at the time that it was an "incidental" occurrence, but the D.A. apparently disagrees.
The LA prosecutor charged Ray J with four counts of resisting arrest, three counts of assault and battery and two counts of vandalism. All of the charges were misdemeanours.
The man behind Kim Kardashian's infamous sex tape claimed at the time that the vandalism part happened because he was "claustrophobic" in the back of the cop car, so he kicked the window open.
He also allegedly went "nuts in an alcohol-fuelled rampage" and spat on an officer, which could explain the battery charge.
